At Satin Smooth, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure products are in their original, unopened packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box.

  Ship Items Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
